We’re the Brown family, and this is our website. Since 2007 we’ve lived in Nairobi, Kenya, living out a calling to serve Africa, and the worldwide church, with media and arts. We started this site back in 2005 when we wanted to blog our way through wrestling with a call to missions, raising support, and the transition of moving overseas. We try to keep it current with stories of our epic battles against wildlife, journeys around the continent, and our recurring newsletters.
We’re support-based missionaries with Africa Inland Mission. That means our ability to live and work here comes entirely from God providing financially through friends and churches. Want to join our support team?
